KUST Held a Seminar About Human Development

KUST conducted a seminar under the title “Human Development in Public Universities” by Dr.Niaz Najmadin Economic Department Lecturer.

In the seminar he mentioned that he made a research which examines the effects of government spending on public universities and institutes performance. A key evidence of universities’ performance is graduate research projects. The results of the questionnaire he conducted support his idea. He also believes that universities and institutions are not responsible for the weaknesses in students’ abilities alone. However, he supports reforms in the system at the undergraduate level.
