On November 20th, 2017, a group of business students from the Hospitality and Tourism Marketing Course visited High Crest Hotel in order to gain knowledge about market segmentation and marketing strategies that High Crest hotel uses in its practical way. The field trip supervised was Dr. Mamta, Chairwoman of Business Administration Department and Ms. Chra, Coordinator of Business College. At the beginning KUSTs’ students were welcomed by Front Office manager Ms. Faton and she showed all the services that the Hotel provides to the visitors. Lastly, KUST members and the High Crest representatives participated in an open discussion on business and marketing.
