KUST Participation at an International Conference

Dr. Govand Anwar a faculty member of Business Administration College of Komar University of Science and Technology, has participated in an International conference, where he delivered a paper entitled ‘’The Role of Effective Leadership in Crisis Management: Study of Private Companies in Kurdistan’’ held at the 1st International Conference for Administration and Economics at Lebanese French University with the cooperation of Technical University in Erbil, on Wednesday 10^th of May, 2017.

The paper presented by Dr. Anwar focussed on the Role of Effective Leadership in Crisis Management. He found that the most effective leadership was transformational leadership style in managing crisis at private companies in Kurdistan.
